Production Department held a semi-annual summary meeting

Each workshop organized a summary meeting for the first half of 2023 in July. The workshop deputy supervisor, monitor and all staff attended the meeting. The supervisors of each workshop summarized the completed work in the first half of the year, existing problems and arranged plans for the second half of the year.

Meeting requirements:

First, strengthen basic management, forge team spirit, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Second, in terms of safety management, employees must be responsible for their posts in the production process, and they must follow the rules when they are on the job. Third, in terms of quality management, employees are required to pay attention to the product production process and report problems in time. Fourth, in terms of 6S management, it is necessary to strengthen customized management, strictly implement the company's 6S management requirements, and maintain a good environment in the workshop. Fifth, in terms of output and consumption management, it is necessary to strictly implement production in order to ensure timely delivery of products, strictly control consumption, and analyzing the reasons for exceeding the standard and solving measures.

In the next step, all staff will continue to perform their duties, strengthen basic management, and produce with quality and quantity, so as to lay a solid foundation for the 2023 goal.
